ABOUT US

The Ellis Family has served Burlington County since the inception of the Burlington County Times in 1958. The Ellis Family Charitable Foundation was established in November 2004 to serve Burlington County

The EFCF consists of a 3 member Board of Directors who conduct an annual meeting the 2nd Monday of November each year. Special meetings may be called by the Chairman at any time.

For 2010, Board members are:

• Susan B. Ellis, Chairman
• Ronald L. Martin, Assistant Chairman
• Edward J. Birch, Treasurer

The Foundation has retained Harry Murphy of Hege Kramer Connell Murphy & Goldkamp, PC, 200 Gibraltar Rd.. Suite 129, Horsham, PA 19044 as auditors.

Investment advisor is Steven Berardi of the GenSpring Family Office, Chase Tower, Suite 1010, 4445 Willard Ave., Chevy Chase, MD 20815
